According to available records, Sir Henry Richmond Webb was born in 1555 in Christian Malford, Wiltshire, England, the child of Edmond Webb Richmond and Lady Mary Browne Holland of Weare Gifford. Following those early years, Sir Henry Richmond Webb married Alice Webb, and their family grew to include Col. John I Rogers Mayflower Richmond alias Webb and Oxford University Alumni. In the later years of life, Sir Henry Richmond Webb died in 1634 in Kintbury, Wiltshire, England.
